Patrick, who has his own business specialising in Project Finance and his wife, Julia who works locally, along with their two-year old daughter, set out on a search for their first family home together, which met their needs of being a spacious two-bedroom apartment located in an area with outstanding amenities.
Patrick commented: “We spent around six months house-hunting and looked at around 20 different properties before choosing our home at Viewpoint. Having previously lived in Battersea, I know the area quite well. It’s got fantastic connections being just a short walk from Clapham Junction as well as being in the catchment area of some of the country’s best schools – something that was very important to us”.
“We’ve enjoyed exploring new places in the area. A few of our favourite finds so far have been Flour to the People on Battersea Park Road, a great little brunch spot that does mouth-watering pizzas and the Woodman Pub on Battersea High Street”.
Patrick and Julia secured their new home at Viewpoint, an outstanding new development of one, two- and three-bedroom apartments in a spectacular zone two location beside the river. With Clapham Junction and Plantation Wharf Pier in proximity, the area also benefits from fantastic transport connections both around and out of London.
Speaking about the process of securing their new home, Patrick said: “The sales team at Linden Homes were fantastic, I can’t express how highly I regard them.
The on-site Build Manager Mark has been fantastic, but it’s been a pleasure dealing with the whole team”.
