What is transport like in a new build home in Devon?

If you’re looking for a new housing development near you, we know that around is a priority. Luckily, our new homes are well-connected, making getting out and about a breeze.

Located just off the M5, you’ll find what’s known as the ‘Devon Expressway’, or the A38. This major A-road, nicknamed the “holiday route”, connects Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and the Midlands.

If you prefer to swap country roads to cross-country trains, Exeter, Dartmouth and Plymouth have excellent rail connections. With direct routes in and out of London daily, you’re close enough to the city without being too close to the hustle and bustle.
