Moving up the train line: Darwen new builds attract Bolton’s attention

Darwen new-build development, Cooper Fields, has seen a flurry of interest from Bolton residents, according to Rightmove’s demand data and the site’s first reservations.

Visible on demand maps supplied by Rightmove, a high level of interest in Linden Homes’ development is coming from Bolton residents, second only to those in Blackburn with Darwen itself. 

The data also demonstrates a specific demand for new-builds, with several Rightmove searches from Bolton for new-build homes in particular. 

These search trends are backed up by initial sales results, with early reservations at Cooper Fields, and nearby Collingwood Park by Bovis Homes, coming from Bolton buyers. Both developments form part of Vistry’s Holden Fold masterplan in Darwen.
