Leighton West's new builds attract Nantwich’s attention

The newly-launched Foxglove Place development has experienced high initial interest from Nantwich residents, according to Rightmove’s data.

Evident in Demand Maps generated through the property portal, a high volume of views for Linden’s properties is coming from the nearby Nantwich area. This is second only to those with Crewe postcodes.

This demand coincides with a rise in searches for ‘new builds Crewe’, with a 49% growth in online searches since March and a staggering 126% increase year-on-year.

Sales launched at Foxglove Place, a 10-minute drive from Nantwich town centre, in March, with full details of the homes and prices now available to view. Reservations are being taken from its sales centre on Flowers Lane, with a collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes available from £234,995.

Based in Leighton West, the development promises high-quality, energy-efficient homes designed for modern living. With energy prices remaining high, these homes will, on average, be 21% cheaper to run than older properties, saving buyers up to £420 a year on their energy bills.*
