Linden Homes is holding a Help to Buy weekend on Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th October at its Longhedge Village development in Salisbury.

Designed to assist first time buyers and existing homeowners, Help to Buy is a Government scheme that applies to any new build property up to the value of £600,000. It enables homebuyers to purchase a Linden home with just five per cent deposit and a 20 per cent Government loan that is interest free for the first five years and can be repaid at any time within 25 years.
