The New Homes Doctor Will See You Now At The Lincolnshire Help To Buy Surgery
14 May 2015

Linden Homes Midlands is hosting a special property surgery for new homes buyers at its Cygnet Place development in Witham St Hughs later this month.

The new homes buyers’ surgery will help to guide potential purchasers through the purchasing process during an open weekend at the Lincolnshire development on May 30/31.

The event will have sales and financial professionals on hand to talk about the popular Help To Buy incentive – which can save money, time and stress when it comes to finding and buying that dream home.

Cygnet Place currently offers a superb selection of 50 brand new desirable family homes, right at the heart of the community.

The carefully designed three and four-bedroom homes boast the latest designer kitchens and bathrooms, spacious energy efficient accommodation and everything that modern life demands.

Offering the best of both worlds, Witham St Hughs presents a semi-rural lifestyle surrounded by open countryside while being midway between commutable Newark-on-Trent and Lincoln.

So whether you have an existing property to sell, looking to downsize or fancy a change of scenery to somewhere with a quieter pace – Linden Homes can help you achieve your goals.

Under Help to Buy, customers require a minimum five per cent deposit. The government will lend you up to 20 per cent of the value of your property through an equity loan, which can be repaid at any time or on the sale of your home.

Representatives from New Homes Mortgage Helpline will be available on Saturday 30 May, while the sales team will be on hand throughout the weekend from 10.30am until 5pm.

Visitors will also have the chance to see what the popular development has to offer, as well as take a look around the fantastic show home.

Linden Homes regional sales manager Bev Bray said: “We wanted to dedicate a weekend to explaining this very important and popular incentive to our visitors. The new homes buyer’s surgery will offer advice and guidance to help potential buyers make an informed decision.”

And among the many customers to have benefitted from the scheme are Kelly Davis (38) and fiancé Richard Ward (35), who have bought at a neighbouring Linden Homes development.

Further education lecturer Kelly said: “We had heard about the Help to Buy scheme through promotional adverts and had done a little research. There was no way we could have looked at used houses in the same price range and have afforded the deposit. The scheme made things so much more affordable and easy.

“The Linden Homes sales team were brilliant and made the whole process a great deal easier by providing us with contacts for the mortgage advisor and solicitor, with everyone contactable and familiar with each other.”

The Cygnet Place show home and sales and marketing suite are open daily from 10.30am until 5pm. Alternatively, contact the sales team on 0844 644 2969.
