Linden Homes is holding a low cost homes event at its Barleyfields development in Ashchurch on Friday 11^th October from 4pm – 7pm to explain how the scheme works.

A selection of houses at the development will be sold as low cost homes at 75 per cent of the open market price, enabling local people who meet the qualifying criteria, to purchase a new property in a great location:

• You need to have lived in the borough for six months out of the past 12, or three years out of the past five.
• Or have close family who have lived in the borough for at least five years.
• Or work full-time or part-time in the borough.
