Huntingdon based youth football team, the Huntingdon Town Rowdies U11 Whites Youth FC, will head into the new season with a brand-new match kit thanks to sponsorship from local housebuilder, Linden Homes.
Linden Homes has provided the funds for the team to be kitted out each match day both on and off the pitch. As well as a brand-new kit the team will also have match day waterproof jackets to keep them protected from the elements as the autumn months return.
Speaking about the sponsorship Alan Holman, Huntingdon Town Rowdies Manager said: “At Huntingdon Town Rowdies we have twelve teams in total with several of these being youth teams aged from U6 to U16. Our U11 whites required a sponsor for their new match kits and it’s fantastic that Linden Homes has been able to step up to be the new brand to support us. The team are absolutely over the moon!
“We’ve been training hard to ensure we’re in a great position for the new season and the new kits have added to the excitement, we’re raring to go for our first match of the new season!”
