Leading housebuilder Linden Homes is holding a national homebuyer event this bank holiday weekend, Saturday 25th to Monday 27th August, at each of its new homes developments.
Lynsey Carroll, sales manager for Linden Homes South West, explained: “I believe this is the first time we’ve held a weekend event at every one of our developments – it’s a great idea! Not only will we be running exclusive offers, but visitors will also be able to speak to an independent mortgage advisor and find out exactly how our schemes work – we really could help you move sooner than you think.”
Part Exchange and Assisted Move enable homeowners to buy a new home and sell their existing property in one, quick, hassle-free move; there’s no chain and the company will pay the estate agent fees.
Only available on new build homes up to £600,000, the Government’s Help to Buy scheme offers existing homeowners and first time buyers a chance to save money and afford the space they really need with just 5% deposit and a 20% Government equity loan – a loan that is interest free for the first five years and can be repaid at any time within the first 25 years.
The events will be held at every Linden Homes development from Saturday 25th to Monday 27th August between 10am and 5pm, including those locally:
