Do you need to sell before you can buy?
Linden Homes is helping homebuyers by holding a series of Part Exchange events at its new home developments on Saturday 20th July.
Part Exchange enables homeowners to buy a new Linden home and sell their existing property in one easy move. Emma Colin, sales and marketing director at Linden Homes, commented: “Part Exchange really takes the worry out of selling your existing home and we’ll even pay your estate agent fees! We’re often asked how the scheme works, so we’re holding an event so visitors can find out more – and you can even Part Exchange at the event with current market valuations provided for your home.
“We’re offering Money Saving Steps: £1,000 towards legal fees, £2,000 towards moving costs and £3,000 towards Stamp Duty when you Part Exchange with us. If you have a property to sell, do come and find out how you could be living in a beautiful new home this summer.”
The events are taking place at the following Linden Homes developments on Saturday between 11am and 4pm:
The scheme has helped many people secure their dream home. Kevin and Paula bought a new five bedroom house using Part Exchange. Speaking about the move, Kevin said: “We’re delighted with our new house and cannot believe how quickly, or how smoothly, everything went – we reserved our new home on 8th December and completed on 21st December.
“If it hadn’t been for the Part Exchange scheme then we definitely wouldn’t have moved. We hadn’t considered selling as there were already three homes in our road for sale, so there was a lot of competition and we did feel a little trapped. Part Exchange enabled us to move quickly and save money on the estate agent fees. I just can’t believe that we bought a new home and sold ours – all within two weeks!”
Linden Homes is creating beautiful two to five bedroom homes throughout the south west.
