Located close to the spectacular north Devon and Cornish coastlines you will find this stylish development of new homes. Barnstaple dates back to the 11th Century, it is thought to be the oldest borough in the UK and it offers a rare combination of historical memories and modern way of living.

Features for visitors to enjoy include the historic arched stone bridge which links the town with its neighbouring village East the Water, its small shops and narrow streets and the charming villages of Appledore, Instow and Clovelly nearby. Appledore is home to the North Devon Maritime Museum, where several ship owners have lived over the last 200 years. Visitors can learn about the area’s rich shipbuilding and seafaring history through a variety of exhibitions, displays, paintings and photographs.

Popular Woolacombe is situated around 14 miles away from these new homes, in the heart of the North Devon Heritage Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Transport and Travel

The A377 allows for longer journeys to destinations including Exeter (42 miles), with connecting roads providing access to Newton Abbot, Torquay and Paignton. Plymouth is also accessible via the A386 (60 miles).
