Sawtry house hunters are being offered the opportunity to buy off-plan at the area’s brand-new housing development, Bowlands Place, ahead of the site’s official completion.
Linden Homes Eastern has organised a preview launch at its nearby Northstowe site, The Boulevards, while work on the 80 homes off Gidding Road continues.
Buyers will be able view The Boulevards show homes, which will provide a vivid impression of a property at Bowlands Place, along with a guided tour led by the sales team. A selection of the homes are now being sold off-plan from The Boulevards marketing suite until buyers are able to view homes at Bowlands Place.
