Linden Homes Invite Local House Hunters To Exclusive Help To Buy Weekend

Linden Homes Eastern is offering Saffron Walden house hunters an opportunity to attend an exclusive Help to Buy weekend at its stunning Saffron View development on Saturday 17th March and Sunday 18th March. The event will give househunters the opportunity to find out about the Government Help to Buy scheme, the homes that offer this incentive at the development and find answers to any questions they may have from the Linden experts.

Saffron View comprises of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes and is suitable for first time buyers, second steppers and downsizers alike. With Help to Buy, purchasers can secure their new home with only a 5% deposit and a 75% mortgage, the Government will cover the rest with a 20% equity loan which is interest-free for the first five years.

The scheme is capped at £600,000 meaning a variety of house hunters can secure a larger brand-new home than they first thought - opening up options to those looking for a second step, and not just for first-time buyers looking for a two-bedroom starter home.
