Forces Help to Buy

The Forces Help to Buy scheme offers regular armed forces personnel a loan of up to 50% of their salary, capped at £25,000, interest free and repayable over a 10 year period.

Forces Help to Buy can also be used in conjunction with Help to Buy: Equity Loan, so a deposit from personal savings may not be necessary. The Help to Buy scheme is open to first-time buyers buying a new home with the value of between £186,100 and £600,000, depending on where you live.

This combined use of both schemes presents a great opportunity for armed forces personnel to buy their first home or move to another with a reduced mortgage. Not only that but you could also combine these packages with our fantastic Forces package which could save you thousands.

 

What is included in our Forces Packages?

Are you eligible for our Armed Forces schemes?

To qualify for the Linden Homes Forces Scheme, you need to be a currently serving member of the Regular and Reserve UK Armed Forces and to have passed Phase 1 of your training.

The Armed Forces Help to Buy scheme from the Ministry of Defence is open to all regular military, as is our Linden Homes forces package.

The Help to Buy scheme is open to first-time buyers buying a new home with the value of between £186,100 and £600,000, depending on where you live. This is open to anyone, regardless of whether you’re military personnel.
