Linden Homes is offering homebuyers an opportunity to view the three Wellington housetypes at its popular Montbray development in Barnstaple by holding its ‘Wellies in the Wellington’ event on Saturday 11th May, from 10am to 5pm.
Explaining the event, Emma Colin, sales and marketing director at Linden Homes said: “Come along on Saturday and we’ll lend you a pair of wellington boots, hi-vis jacket and a hard hat to enable you to be one of the first to view three of our stunning new Wellington townhouses. We’ll be opening the doors to the four bedroom homes before they’ve been completed and if you reserve one this weekend you will receive £11,000 to spend on your home however you choose – whether it’s adding finishing touches, help with Stamp Duty or a bespoke furniture package!”
The Wellington housetype is incredibly flexible and features a cloakroom, plus an amazing open plan family/dining room and kitchen on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a living room, master bedroom with a dressing room and an en-suite shower room, with a further en-suite bedroom on the second floor, bathroom and two additional bedrooms.
At Montbray, there are currently three bedroom homes with the part-buy-part-rent Home Reach scheme and four bedroom Wellington homes available.
