Two New Show Homes At West End's Rosewood Mill

70 per cent of the Linden Homes development already sold

There are now two new show homes open and ready for viewing in the lovely Rosewood Mill development in the Hampshire village of West End, just outside Southampton.

The show homes demonstrate the typical high specification that is always associated with a Linden home and the great design that goes hand in hand with that quality finish.

But at Rosewood Mill, Linden Homes has gone further: With these homes there are some extra touches and new details that offer more security, a greener approach and even more choice.

The homes with Velux windows in the vaulted living room ceiling have been fitted with a special rain-sensitive version: If you leave the windows open, go out and it rains, the windows will close – saving you a lot of mopping up. Each home has been wired for Sky Plus, fitted with solar panels, a water butt and a whirligig washing line. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to make your life easier and more energy efficient.

When you buy a home at Rosewood Mill – depending on what stage the builders have got to – you will be able to choose from nine different kitchen styles, 30 different vinyl floor designs and 30 different types of wall tile.

There are neatly designed two bedroom semi detached houses; three bedroom semi detached homes and four bedroom detached homes.

One of the key attractions of Rosewood Mill, apart for the great design and attention to detail on the homes themselves, is the great location.

The houses have been created around and alongside green areas: A play area, small wood, a couple of copses and a pond. They have been built not far from Allington Lane, which winds itself around fields and farms all the way up to Fair Oak and flanks the beautiful Itchen Valley Country Park.

Mark Docherty is Linden Homes Southern’s sales and marketing director:

“Rosewood Mill is all about variety and choice: There is variety in the different house styles and our largest choice ever of some of the internal fittings. But the location offers a variety of advantages too – which is probably one of the reasons why 70 per cent of the homes have already sold.

“This development has been laid out around lots of areas of green space, including a small wooded area. It has village surroundings and yet it is conveniently close to Southampton, Eastleigh and Portsmouth for shopping and the M27, M3, Southampton Parkway railway station and Southampton International airport.”
