Top five housebuilder Linden Homes has made two senior appointments to its Eastern region, bringing in a new managing director and sales and marketing director.
New managing director Trevor Dempsey previously worked at Bovis Homes where he held the same post overseeing its large central region. The second senior appointment is new sales and marketing director Karen Roake joining from retirement living firm Pegasus Life.
Both arrive as Linden Homes Eastern is expanding its footprint across Essex and taking the business into East London. Among a series of high profile new sites is its flagship St Clement’s in Mile End. The company has also been selected as preferred developer by the Greater London Authority to deliver the Silvertown Way development in Canning Town, East London.
Based at Linden Homes’ Chelmsford office and reporting into divisional managing director Tom Nicholson, Trevor will oversee all the regional operations, including land buying, building, sales, design and quality.
