Top-10 Housebuilder Gives Sholing U13’s Football Team A Boost With New Kit

Award-winning local housebuilder, Linden Homes has generously gifted a brand-new football kit to Sholing-based junior football team, Rodaway Rovers.

The Club which started in 2009 when it was set up by parent volunteers, is growing every season and now consists of U15's, U14's, U13’s, U11's and U8's.

Rodaway U13’s now has shiny new home and away kits thanks to the sponsorship and intend to make this season the best yet.

Rachael, manager of the U13’s team, said: “Having Linden Homes sponsor our team has helped considerably in order to obtain much needed new home and away kits for the next two seasons, we are very grateful."

Attracting players from the local and surrounding areas including West End, Sholing, Hamble and even as far as Emsworth, the Rodaway Rovers U13’s won their division last season (2017/18) and have been promoted to the next division for 2018/19 season. They also won the Tyro 50th Anniversary Tournament sub cup in May 2018, collecting a well-deserved trophy and commendable medals for taking part.
