A new show home is due to be unveiled at Linden Homes’ new South Sands development on Torbay Road, Torquay this Saturday 14th July at 10am.
South Sands, offers 11 exclusive new townhouses, comprising of three and four bedroom homes with parking and gardens. Linden, recently hailed ‘Housebuilder of the Year’ is offering a range of ways to help enable homebuyers to move in, by offering part exchange and mortgage plans, some of which are exclusive to Linden Home’s buyers.
The developer was the first housebuilder to offer a 95 per cent mortgage for people buying new houses at its developments across the country. Working in partnership with major high street lenders, the Government incentive ‘NewBuy’ will also be available at South Sands : Buyers need to raise just a 5% deposit to secure a 95% fixed rate mortgage.
