Spring is certainly in the air for homebuyers in East Yorkshire, who are snapping up brand new properties from plan – six months before their completion.
A number of reservations have been made at Linden Homes North’s The Balk development in Pocklington, attracting buyers to pick their preferred plot fresh from the drawing board.
Interest in the recently launched development has grown over the past few weeks, with customers keen to take advantage of the many benefits buying off plan can offer.
In some cases, purchasers have reserved a dream home, but won’t be able to move in until its completion in September/ October.
A range of three bedroom town houses are currently available to reserve, with other three bedroom styles to follow at the Balk – which comes hot on the heels of Linden Homes’ other Pocklington development, Wilberforce Manor.
Once complete, the The Balk will boast two, three and four-bedroom homes, the first homes are due for completion in May / June.
The selection will also show case a number of new designs, with the development appealing to first time buyers, young professionals and families.

Steeped in history, the market town of ‘Pock’ is perfectly positioned at the foot of the Yorkshire Wolds in the East Riding of Yorkshire.
It’s location means that Pocklington is considered a commuter town for York (which is just 13 miles away) and less than an hour from Hull and Leeds.
