Linden Homes’ flagship Ensleigh development in Bath is nearing completion, with just six homes available to buy.
Designed by local architects – Nash Partnerships – to complement the surrounding area, Ensleigh features an exclusive collection of well-designed, high quality homes, set in an elevated position in the Lansdown area, just minutes from the city centre.
Work started on site in 2016 and the development of 136 homes will be completed this year. In addition, Linden Homes has created attractive areas of open space and has made over £750,000 in 106 contributions to date towards: education, highways and travel, parks, and the community infrastructure levy.
