Linden Homes is hosting an exciting line up of events at Graylingwell Park this summer, starting on the early May Bank Holiday Weekend.
This weekend, the award-winning housebuilder will be serving Pimm’s to mark the launch of its ‘pop up showhome’ on May 2. Taking inspiration from the trend that has taken UK high streets by storm, Linden is throwing open the doors to Forbes House, one of its contemporary, three-storey townhouses, for just three weeks (until May 22). Respected interior designer Claude Hooper has furnished key rooms in the three-bedroom home so there’ll be plenty for potential buyers to look at. The home will be open from 2-4pm on May 2, with Linden’s friendly sales team on hand to answer any questions.
Househunters can also take advantage of the next Bank Holiday weekend by attending a ‘meet the expert’ day on May 23, 2-4pm in the Sales and Marketing suite. Information and advice will be available on how Linden can help you move; its Part Exchange scheme (designed to take the hassle out of selling and hasten moving day) to the Government backed Help to Buy scheme, on homes up to £600,000 where buyers need just a five per cent deposit; available on a selection of three and four-bedroom homes.

Last but no means least, the annual Summer Garden Party is due to take place again at Havenstoke Park, at the heart of Graylingwell Park, on Saturday 11th July. Supported by the Graylingwell Park Partnership, which includes Linden Homes, Affinity Sutton and the Homes and Communities Agency, the event – now in its sixth year – raises much needed funds for Chichester’s district scout groups and other local charities.
