Linden Homes is holding an open house event at its Sherford development, near Plymouth on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th February from 10am to 5pm.
The development will open the doors to a beautiful three bedroom coach house and stunning four and five bedroom homes, giving visitors the opportunity to see the space for themselves.
Brian Deacon, sales and marketing director for Linden Homes, said: “Homebuyers can come along to the event and view each house type currently available. We can also arrange for them to speak to an independent mortgage expert who can offer free advice on their next move.
“At the event, visitors will be able to reserve their chosen home for £99 and we’ll pay the stamp duty, available on selected properties until the end of February. Alternatively, we have Part Exchange and Help to Buy initiatives, which are designed to help people move.”
Created as part of a consortium, Sherford will see 5,500 classically designed homes built as part of an exciting new town. Nestled in the South Hams, with easy access to Plymouth, the new town will incorporate high quality homes with a host of amenities, including a market square, schools, shops, a leisure centre, plus woodland and wildlife habitats.
Currently available at Sherford is a collection of three bedroom coach houses, plus four and five bedroom homes ready now.
