We’ve all spent months in hibernation and as the Government’s roadmap will let us all invite people back into our homes, Linden Homes is hosting an open house weekend at two of its popular developments.
Taking place on Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd May – between 10 and 5pm – the events will enable homebuyers to view some of the available homes at Ensleigh in Bath and Spinnaker in Westbury.
Sales and marketing director, Sue Scholfield commented: “We are delighted to be holding these events and welcoming customers though our doors. It’s going to be wonderful for visitors to be able to view the available properties and see the quality of the build for themselves.
“We would like to reassure homebuyers that we will be adhering to the latest rule of six and social distancing guidelines; face masks must be worn and we will ask you to scan in with the NHS Track and Trace app.
“We’re also offering appointments seven days a week so homebuyers can opt to schedule a private appointment. However, if you’re house hunting this weekend then do visit us and see the homes we have available – we’d love to welcome you.”
Ensleigh is an established development of quality homes, nearing completion. The final three and four bedroom homes are available, located in an elevated position in the Lansdown area of Bath, close to the city centre and surrounding countryside.
Spinnaker is situated next to Eden Vale lake, home to Westbury Sailing Club, and there are currently four bedroom homes available also the part-buy-part-rent Home Reach scheme available, with a 50 per cent share.
