Linden Homes has just released the first phase of homes at its fantastic new Barleyfields development off Pamington Lane in Ashchurch, on the outskirts of Tewkesbury.
Comprising an attractive collection of three, four and five bedroom well-designed homes for sale, Barleyfields will feature 150 properties, a third of which will be classed as affordable housing.
Sue Scholfield, sales and marketing director for Linden Homes, said: “We are delighted to be launching this exciting new development in Ashchurch and we’ve just released the first homes and are selling off plan! Homebuyers can arrange to make an appointment, look through the plans and even reserve. Plus, we’re offering to pay the stamp duty on selected properties for off plan reservations.”
Barleyfields will be set in a beautiful village, near local shops, good schools and with excellent travel links, providing easy access to the train station and M5.
As part of the development, Linden Homes will be donating over £730,000 in s106 contributions to the local authority to benefit the community in areas including education, community spaces, local services, parks and open spaces, and highways and travel.
Sue added: “Our first homes are due to be completed in summer. We’re encouraging homebuyers to register their details on our website to ensure they’re the first to hear about dates, new releases and offers, and they can arrange to make an appointment at our temporary office to view the plans too.”
