Nigel Palmer, Managing Director For Linden Homes, Comments: (Royal Barham House)

“2013 is going to be a good year for Linden Homes; there are a number of exciting projects in the pipeline including new developments in Camborne, Wadebridge, Goodrington, Exeter and Westward Ho!

“The grand opening of Royal Barham House, the refurbishment of the former city hospital in Truro, will be taking place soon. The derelict hospital is being sensitively transformed into 19 luxury apartments, some with breathtaking views out towards the cathedral and viaduct. The renovation has been a real talking point, with many traditional housebuilding techniques being used, so it’s going to be a very important year for the heritage of this site. We will also be launching some luxury apartments at Two Coves in Duporth with amazing sea views.

“With new developments opening, land acquired and many awards under our belt, it’s been an incredibly busy six months since I joined the South West region as managing director.  2013 shows no signs of slowing down, which is great for Linden Homes and the housebuilding industry as a whole.”
