New Year, New Confidence, New Home!

NEW research reveals a new confidence in the housing market – with just over half of Britons thinking 2014 will be a good time to sell.

The latest Halifax Market Confidence Tracker has shown that 51 per cent of people believe this year is the time to make the move.

And with new confidence in the New Year comes new build, with award-winning Linden Homes able to step in to help with a smooth move.

For many, moving house can be an exciting, yet daunting experience particularly if they have an existing property to sell.

However, Linden Homes’ popular Part Exchange scheme is designed to take the hassle out of moving, giving customers peace of mind and the guarantee of a brand new home without the stress.

And with the latest figures creating an upbeat feeling about the housing market, January could be the perfect time to set the wheels in motion.

Part exchange is quick and easy – and Linden Homes will become your guaranteed cash buyer - obtaining at least three independent valuations on your existing property from local agents on your behalf.

Providing you and your existing property meet certain criteria, Linden Homes will then make you an offer for your existing property, based on the valuation reports by the local estate agents, leaving you free to reserve your new dream home.

Linden Homes sales director Steve Woomble said: “These latest finding are great news for the industry and for people looking to move home. With part exchange, not only can we assist people in selling an existing home, but help them in the hassle free purchase of a brand new one.”

Here’s how the part exchange scheme works:
