First all the houses at Nash Mills Wharf sold like hot cakes – now the apartments at The Peninsula, the second phase of this diverse development from Linden Homes Chiltern and Crest Nicholson South, are doing the same.
There are now only three 2 bedroom apartments remaining. These stylish apartments are situated alongside the Grand Union Canal near King’s Langley and Hemel Hempstead.

To make it easier to buy a new home the Government has very recently installed a new weapon in the armoury of the new home buyer – and it could help to make the prospect of living at The Peninsula a reality.
The new scheme, ‘Help to Buy’ was announced by the Chancellor in the March budget and came into force on April 1st. It is a Government backed equity scheme that enables buyers to purchase a new home with just 5% deposit and a 20% Government equity loan – a loan that can be repaid at any time within the first 25 years and its interest free for five years.
