THE MP for Grimsby, Austin Mitchell, has taken time to visit Linden Homes’ popular Freshney Green development.
Looking around the collection of new homes, accompanied by Linden Homes managing director Ian Hessay and his team, Mr Mitchell said he was impressed with both the quality and the layout of the housing.
During the recent tour Mr Mitchell said Linden Homes had clearly made a big effort in regenerating the area: “The site is almost unrecognisable now from how it was before the development. Linden Homes has done a brilliant job in regenerating the area.”
During the tour of the site, Ian showed the Grimsby MP around the Linden Homes marketing suite and the show homes – and described the different styles of new available.
Freshney Green is a popular development with first time buyers and families, and currently has a range two, three, four and five bedroom homes available – some of which are ready to move into now.
