Homebuyers are being offered an amazing three month holiday from their mortgage, when they move to a new Linden home by June.

To qualify, the homes must be reserved before the end of May and legally completed by the end of June. The money, equivalent of monthly mortgage repayments from legal completion until three months after this date, will be paid as a lump sum upon legal completion, capped at a maximum of 5% of the purchase price.
