Millbrook Park Heading For A Spring Launch!
14 Mar 2013

Millbrook Park, Linden Homes’ new development at Mill Hill in north London, is preparing to launch the first phase of this brand new development next month – the refurbished ‘Officers’ Mess’. And because of its great location, it’s expected to spark a lot of interest both locally and from further afield.

So from April, for the first time, visitors will be able to come in and see the newly launched ‘Officers’ Mess’ and get a feel for the unusual and exceptionally well positioned collection of homes. Once the development is complete, Linden Homes’ will have a plethora of home types available, including the one and two bedroom apartments set to be released next month.

The development is set in a quiet and secluded part of Mill Hill, situated off the exclusive Bittacy Hill and just a short walk from Mill Hill East tube station: It is being built on land that used to belong to the Inglis Barracks and was home for many years to the officers of the Middlesex Regiment. The elevation of the houses offers spectacular views that reach into central London with the Shard and Canary Wharf visible on a clear day.

This first phase being launched; the Edwardian Officers’ Mess is being preserved and refurbished and will, once all the careful building work is completed, consist of just ten one and two bedroom apartments. These apartments are expected to be in great demand, so it would be a good idea to register your interest early for these.

Sales and marketing director at Linden Homes Chiltern, Simon Pendlebury, says Millbrook Park is going to be a significant development:

“Linden Homes is very proud to be playing a major role in the creation of this new community. It’s going to be a very distinctive development and, because of its convenient city location, in a beautiful setting, it’s going to be very popular. It would probably be sensible to register your interest early. By doing this, we will have your details to hand so we can keep you updated with the latest news on the development and notify you when the latest homes become available. Once the development is officially launched, next month, it will be possible to visit the sales and marketing suite on site – which should give you a really good feel for how Millbrook Park will look and feel.”
