Linden Homes has started work on its new Mill Brook Green development off Chard Road in Axminster, which is due to be launched this year.
Named after the brook nearby, the development will provide 139 well-designed homes comprising a mix of one bedroom apartments, plus two, three and four bedroom houses. There will also be allotments and attractive areas of public open space, planted with trees and wildflower grassland.
The properties will be full of character and finished in red farmhouse brick, white render, stone and grey roof slate tiles, featuring bay windows and Juliet balconies.
