Buying a new home from plan can take courage and confidence – but with it comes the satisfying feeling that you have selected the perfect plot for you.
Home hunters in Northamptonshire have been doing just that, following a preview evening to showcase Linden Homes Midlands’ new development in Burton Latimer.
Potential purchasers who had already registered their interest in the development were invited to view the first brochures and plans – with an exclusive opportunity to reserve their dream home from the drawing board.
A number of the homes have been reserved from plan ahead of the official launch of Buckby Grange.
The 199-home development at Higham Road in Burton Latimer will open its doors to the public on May 21.
Buckby Grange will comprise a collection of three, four and five-bedroom homes in terraced, semi-detached and detached styles.
The jewel in the crown of the development will be the show home – a new design recently added to the Linden Homes portfolio.
The four-bedroom detached Claremont is the ideal home for the busy, modern family. The spacious ground floor comprise open plan kitchen / dining room, separate living room, large entrance hall and family room leading into a study, making it perfect to work, rest and play.
The first floor comprises all four generously sized bedrooms, including a dressing area and ensuite facility to the master bedroom.
The development will share the locational benefits of Linden Homes’ existing Centurion Grove site off Kingfisher Way, where over 80 per cent of the new homes have been sold – with Burton Latimer being well placed just five miles from Kettering railway station, where journeys into the capital can take less than an hour.
By road, the commuter towns of Northampton and Bedford are just over half an hour away.
