Local House Hunters Offered Exclusive Opportunity To Secure Dream Home Hassle Free

Linden Homes Eastern is offering Saffron Walden house hunters an opportunity to attend an exclusive part exchange event at its stunning Saffron View development on Thursday 1st March from 4pm until 8pm. The event will give househunters the opportunity to find out about the Linden Homes Part Exchange scheme and other financial incentives on offer to help with the process of securing their dream home hassle free.

Saffron View comprises of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes and is suitable for first time buyers, second steppers and downsizers alike. Linden Homes is pleased to invite local househunters down to the development to chat with the expert team about how they can help to secure their dream home through Part Exchange, plus a range of potential exclusive incentives to suit individual needs.

The Part Exchange incentive means that Linden Homes will offer to buy potential residents’ current home – avoiding a property chain and its associated stresses. After instructing local estate agents to carry out valuations of the buyer’s current home, Linden Homes will make an offer. Then, if the customer is happy, reserve their new home and have it taken off the market.

The process means that new buyers can part exchange in as little as a fortnight, and not only this, but Linden Homes can offer a license for residents to still occupy their home during the process, meaning they can gradually move out of their existing home, ensuring a stress free move.
Pravin Amarasinghe, Sales and Marketing Director for Linden Homes Eastern commented: “The Saffron View development has been extremely popular with a variety of house hunters, and there are a number of homes still available. We’re thrilled to be able to make buyer’s dream homes a reality by offering our Part Exchange scheme and other financial incentives here.

“We will have a team on site throughout the entire evening to answer any questions visitors may have about the available offers, house types or the development as a whole. If you’re thinking of buying a new home and looking in this desirable area, we’d suggest you come down on Thursday to see how Linden Homes can make the process of securing a brand new, high quality home that much easier through incentives that work for you.”

The Linden Homes Eastern collection of homes at Saffron View is part of Uttlesford District Council’s wider mixed-use scheme.

Nestled close to the border with Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Suffolk, the picturesque, medieval town of Saffron Walden has a lot to offer including a good number of independent shops, large supermarkets, café’s pubs and restaurants. The historic town also boasts a reputation as a major centre for the arts and now enjoys a hugely successful cinema, state of the art concert hall and art galleries.

Saffron View also offers a semi-rural lifestyle – the perfect combination of city and countryside living. The development is surrounded by the rolling Essex countryside yet only 18 miles from Cambridge to the south, and Bishops Stortford is just 12 miles to the north. Transport links are excellent, with the nearby M11 giving easy access north to Cambridge and East Anglia, or south to Stansted Airport, the M25 and London, making it an ideal spot for commuters and families alike.
