Housebuilder of the Year Linden Homes is celebrating after being shortlisted for five industry awards.
The company has been shortlisted in the Housebuilder Awards 2012 for Best Regeneration Project for Kingtson Mills in Bradford-on-Avon and Best Design for Four Storeys or More for Park Centrale in Southampton.
Alongside this, the company is also in the running for Best Design for Three Storeys or Fewer for Boxgrove Gardens in Guildford – the development where the government announced its new housing strategy at the end of last year.
Linden Homes is also hoping to take a trophy home for the leading way in which it engages with local communities.
From planning, right through to the delivery of its quality new homes, Linden Homes’ team across the country consult with, and listen to local people to ensure its schemes meet local needs.
Finally, while much has been done to bolster the housing market over recent months, it’s Linden Homes’ innovative marketing campaign - Got 5 – which is also in the running for recognition.
Earlier this year, Linden Homes launched five financial enablers designed to help the full spectrum of new home buyers.
It meant the company became the first housebuilder to launch a 95 per cent mortgage for people buying new houses at its developments across the country.
‘Step Up’, which is exclusive to Linden Homes, offers affordable interest rates for buyers who have saved a five per cent deposit on houses at its developments nationwide.
Ian Baker, Linden Homes group managing director, said: “I’m delighted we have been shortlisted for so many awards. This is fantastic recognition for our entire team and for the hard work carried out on all of our sites across the country.”
