Linden Homes Encourage Local Househunters To 'spring' In To Action With Exclusive Open House Events

This Easter Bank Holiday weekend Linden Homes is opening its doors to its Cambridgeshire developments: The Boulevards - Northstowe, Bowlands Place - Sawtry, and St Thomas Park - Ramsey. Local house hunters are encouraged to come along and take advantage of the opportunity to meet the Linden experts and discuss the variety of financial incentives available to help make the move to their new dream home that much easier. A selection of homes will be available to view over the weekend, enabling house hunters to get a feel for what a home at these developments can offer them.

A range of exclusive additional incentives will also be available over Easter Weekend only at the development, including the opportunity to reserve for £99, £1,500 contribution towards legal fees, £5,000 towards stamp duty, along with chosen flooring and appliances included in the homes.

The Boulevards is part of the new Northstowe town development, which is the first new town to be built in the UK for fifty years. Linden Homes’ contribution has sparked a huge amount of interest from both first-time buyers and families alike. The development consists of two, three, four and five-bedroom family homes.

Bowlands Place consists of three, four and five-bedroom homes that will suit most family requirements and St Thomas Park is a brand-new development of two, three, four and five bedroom-homes set to launch in the Spring this year – showcasing its incentives exclusively from Bowlands Place at the weekend.

After instructing local estate agents to carry our valuations of the buyer’s current home, Linden Homes will make an offer. Then, if the customer is happy, reserve their new home and have it taken off the market.

The process means that new buyers can part exchange in as little as a fortnight, and not only this, but Linden Homes can offer a license for residents to still occupy their home during the process, meaning they can gradually move out of their existing home, ensuring a stress-free move.
