With the red carpet rolled out, the gentle pop of champagne corks, the crack of corn popping at the popcorn stand, the spotlight was on Linden Homes’ new Show Home at Empire Court.
To celebrate the arrival of ‘Empire Court’, November 7th & 8th saw Linden Homes show case their spectacular new collection of one and two bedroom apartments and three and four bedroom houses. Guests strolled up the red carpet, were handed a glass of champagne and invited to look around the new Show Home.
Simon Pendlebury the sales and marketing director for Linden Homes Chiltern said the day had been a great success:
“It was great to welcome so many visitors from the local area and also further afield to view our new development in Borehamwood. The one and two bedroom apartments will start to be released next year.
The following week, on Thursday 12th November, Empire Court hosted a special VIP stakeholder event to which those involved in the development were invited. The guests, including local Councillors sipped Champagne as Adrian Sims, Managing Director for Linden Homes Chiltern welcomed the guests:
“Empire Court is in a well-established commuter suburb of London which has had a great impact for properties in the area. Borehamwood has benefitted from strong rental and house growth over the past year resulting in the area being ranked second in the top 10 buy-to-let hotspots.
“To add to the offering on the area, we have been working closely with local stakeholders to further enrich the area by launching this new collection of properties and are looking to create an exciting community which people want to be a part of.”
