Linden Homes Beautifully Restored Georgian Mansion Apartments Have Almost Sold Out

There are now only two apartments left at Linden Homes’ beautiful Georgian 10-12 Rockstone Place in Southampton. The mansion block, on a quiet, tree-lined, stucco fronted avenue is one of the few survivors of the World War Two bomb raids.

Number 3, 10-12 Rockstone Place is a four bedroom apartment which is also arranged over two floors. The layout is quirky and original: the light and airy living room is on the ground floor and three of the bedrooms are on the basement floor – where there is also access to a private, paved courtyard.  Like Number 1, there is an ensuite bathroom, a family bathroom and a kitchen with integrated appliances. The living room has large, original sash windows with deep sills. Access to Number 3 is via the secure, shared, elegant lobby.

Both of these Linden Homes’ apartments have parking spaces.
