AWARD-WINNING developer Linden Homes has appointed Chris Roads to the role of sales director.
Chris, who has 35 years experience in the new homes industry, will be overseeing the company’s current and proposed new sites around Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Lincolnshire.
Having work for a number of national new homes developers around the country, Chris brings his expertise and industry know-how to the company - and will be based at the regional head office in Peterborough.
He said: “I am delighted to be joining the Linden Homes team and working for such a forward thinking and expanding developer.
“Now is a really exciting time for Linden Homes, with a number of new developments in the pipeline and our existing homes continuing to capture the imagination of buyers.”
Chris currently lives in Hertfordshire.
