There are now just three homes remaining at Linden Homes’ extremely popular Nightingale Park in Sarisbury Green. There has been a huge amount of interest in the development, particularly for those looking for a family home, as the area offers several very good schools on its doorstep.
Sarisbury Green is midway between Southampton and Fareham and less than a mile from the coast and the beautiful Hamble River. The seventy acre Holly Hill Woodland Park is on the doorstep and slopes down to the picturesque Hamble River.
Nightingale Park is also excellently located for commuters, as there is easy access to the M27 for Southampton, Portsmouth and further afield: Swanwick station is just over half a mile away; Bursledon is one and a half miles away.
The development has been carefully landscaped and the trees, shrubs and other planting have beautifully softened the elegantly laid out gardens and grounds around the new homes.
But there are now just three of ‘The Celandine’ 3 bedroom houses available: Two are detached; the third is a mid-terrace home.
These homes are arranged over two floors: The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there is also a family bathroom. The garden has double doors leading into the garden and there are two parking spaces available.
Tina Chalk is the marketing manager at Linden Homes Southern: “Nightingale Park has been very popular since it was launched just over a year ago. The location and the schools have been a strong factor in that popularity. But our customers have told us that it is also the traditional styling, great finish and layout of the homes that convinced them to buy here; and now the beautifully laid out gardens are really coming into their own too. With just three of the homes remaining, Nightingale Park has already proved to be a real success story.”
There are also some incentive schemes available to help you get moving. Linden Homes offer its own Part Exchange Scheme*, whereby the housebuilder will buy your existing home from you (so you don’t have to deal with estate agents, or get involved with viewings) freeing you up to buy your new Nightingale Park home.
Help to Buy is also available at Nightingale Park. This scheme is applicable on properties up to the value of £600,000 (other terms and conditions also apply). With Help to Buy you need just a 5 per cent deposit and you can borrow, in the form of an equity loan, 20% from the Government. That means you only need to secure a 75% mortgage from your bank or building society.
