Jack Builds On His Reputation As Award-winning Apprentice Bricklayer

AWARD-WINNING apprentice Jack Kirton is certainly building a solid foundation for himself in the trade of bricklaying!

Jack Kirton a student at Doncaster College, South Yorkshire is celebrating two major construction awards in his field, as Student of the Year, and Diploma Student of the Year, at a recent ceremony.

The 18-year-old from Balvy, Doncaster is currently carrying out his apprenticeship with regional development Linden Homes, working as company’s existing Knaresborough and new Ouse Acres site in York.

Linden Homes production manager Kevin Hoyland said: “We are delighted that someone as dedicated and hard working as Jack is part of our construction team, and our huge congratulations to him on his achievements.”
