If so, you’ll be interested to know that there are now just two final homes remaining at Linden Homes’ development in Clanfield. ‘The Landons’ has proved extremely popular and the selection of two, three and four bedroom homes have sold very quickly.
The two remaining homes are two / three bedroom detached houses.
The Leith. This home has a spacious kitchen/family room with double doors to the garden. There is a separate dining room, which could also work well as a study or a third bedroom; and a separate living room – also with its own double doors into the garden. Upstairs there are the two bedrooms – the master bedroom has an ensuite shower room. There is also a family bathroom.
The Markwell is similar: it is configured slightly differently. It has a separate kitchen, a spacious living/family room and a separate dining room (or study / third bedroom as required).
