Housebuilder Offers Home From Home Surroundings In Pioneering Sales Hubs

Developer Vistry Yorkshire is championing a new way of delivering its service to customers across the region, thanks to its new-look sales hubs.

Having already introduced and adapted to alternative ways of working across the business as a result of the pandemic, the regional housebuilder – part of Vistry Group – is spearheading a new approach to interacting safely with buyers.

A number of sales hubs, offering homely surroundings for customers to access and enjoy their house buying journey, have been launched at six key locations across Yorkshire.

The hubs each focus on two or three developments within the local area.

As part of the new approach to make the house buying journey as smooth as possible, the sales hubs will operate on an appointment-only basis; ensuring that each customer has one-to-one face to face time with a sales executive.

The hubs will act as the main meeting point for customers and Vistry Yorkshire sales staff, as part of measures across the business to maintain high levels of service.

Regional sales manager Melanie Parker said: “The idea for the sales hubs first came about just a few weeks into lockdown, as part of a series of measures to help customers fulfil their house buying journey with us in a safe, secure and professional way.

“We pride ourselves very much on our excellent service delivery, and we are thrilled with the new-look sales hubs which, as well as looking amazing and giving a very home from home feel, allow our sales teams to dedicate more one-to-one time with customers.

“As they are currently operating on an appointment-only basis, it means that visitors are not kept waiting while our sales executives may be busy looking after other customers.

“The sales hubs are not a direct replacement for the sales and marketing suites but offer our sales team the opportunity to work more effectively and efficiently. The pandemic has made us as an industry try to think a little smarter, and we taken steps to turn this into a positive for Vistry and its customers.”

And with social distancing set to continue for some time, the developer has recently launched three of its new show homes virtually. Anyone interested in visiting in person following an online tour will able to make an appointment.
