Having sold his four-bedroom home in Chichester town centre, South African-born Gavin Wilson was searching for a family home that would suit him and his wife Julia, along with their three young children that they could all move into straight away. Julia continues: “The house itself is very impressive, particularly the three-storey layout which has been so well designed. All of the rooms are so large and spacious, which makes such a difference with three children running around!
“With young children, it was not always easy living in the town centre but now they can go out on their bikes whenever they want and Gavin is always out running in the countryside at the weekends, it really makes a difference having the space on our doorstep.”
