The eco-friendly vibe of the development and the opportunity to move out of rented accommodation and onto the housing ladder were on Tim’s checklist when buying at Freshney Green.

Tim (42) moved from rented accommodation in Caistor some 10 miles away to set up home at Freshney Green through one of the company’s first time buyer incentives – which allow customers to pay a deposit on the home and repay the remainder over a period of time.
The latest incentive is the government’s Help to Buy scheme – available on new build properties for both first time buyers and those with an existing property to sell.
