LINDEN Homes’ popular Freshney Green development in the heart of Grimsby now has a doctor in the house – first time buyer, consultant Dr Tim Peacock!
The eco-friendly vibe of the development and the opportunity to move out of rented accommodation and onto the housing ladder were on Tim’s checklist when buying at Freshney Green.
Tim, who is based at the Diana Princess of Wales Hospital in Grimsby, says the location is also convenient for work, local amenities and family.

Tim (42) moved from rented accommodation in Caistor some 10 miles away to set up home at Freshney Green through one of the company’s first time buyer incentives – which allow customers to pay a deposit on the home and repay the remainder over a period of time.
The latest incentive is the government’s Help to Buy scheme – available on new build properties for both first time buyers and those with an existing property to sell.
