Local housebuilder Linden Homes saw UK sales soar in the six months to December, reporting that total sales reserved, contracted and completed were up 42% on the same period in 2010.
Part of the Galliford Try Group, Linden Homes also announced that the number of new homes for sale at developments across its operating regions increased by 59%. The housebuilder is currently selling a collection of stylish homes at its Northfields development close to the heart of Colchester.
