Construction Work Nearing Completion At Great Yeldham Development

Construction is coming to an end at a new housing development in Great Yeldham, where there are now just two homes still available to buy.

Linden Homes, which is part of the Vistry Group, is building a total of 60 homes at Strawberry Fields on the former Hunnable Industrial Estate in the village.

The developer, which started work on the 5.4-acre site in June 2019 is delivering a mix of one to five-bedroom properties, with 36 for private sale and 24 for affordable rent or shared ownership.

The final homes are due to be completed this winter.
