Brook Park will provide 112 contemporary new homes, a third of which will be affordable housing. The development will feature a beautiful collection of one bedroom apartments, plus two, three and four bedroom homes, well-connected to the city centre, as well as Bristol Parkway train station and the M4 motorway.
Work has already started on site and the development is due to be officially launched this summer. Commenting on Brook Park, Sue Scholfield, sales and marketing director at Linden Homes, said: “We have already received a huge amount of interest in the development and so we have started to sell some of the homes off plan at Allen & Harris estate agents. We’d encourage anyone interested in the new homes to register their interest as soon as possible to find out about the current phase and to ensure they’re the first to hear about future price releases and launch dates.”

Linden Homes, part of the Vistry Group, is currently building in Bishop’s Cleeve, Falfield, Thornbury, Bitton, Bath, Westbury, Ashchurch, Wroughton and Salisbury.
