Leading housebuilder, Linden Homes is asking homebuyers if they’d like to have Christmas dinner at theirs.
However, Brian Deacon, sales and marketing director for Linden Homes was quick to add: “But you’re doing the cooking! We’re offering to buy your existing home in part exchange, so you can move to a brand new Linden home at The Copse in Ogwell in time for Christmas.

Part exchange enables homeowners to buy a new home and sell their existing home in one, quick, hassle-free move; there’s no chain and the company will pay the estate agents fees.
The Copse is the last phase of Linden Homes’ successful Ogwell Brook development. There is currently a range of four bedroom detached homes available.
