Boyn Hill Gardens Unveiled

Linden Homes’ development at Boyn Hill Gardens in Maidenhead will be unveiled on 19th August, when these beautiful new homes will be on display for the first time.

Visitors to this sought after development will be able to view the two elegant show homes and see the progress being made on the first homes that will be available to buy: the four and five bedroom houses.

Eventually this unusual development, on the wide and leafy Boyn Hill Avenue in a very sought after part of Maidenhead, will be offering one and two bedroom apartments and three bedroom homes too.

Despite its quiet location, Boyn Hill Gardens is within easy reach of the town centre where there is a good selection of high street shops, including Nicholson’s shopping Centre. There is a cinema, an arts centre (with a theatre) and a leisure centre.

The area also has a reputation for providing good education and boasts a number of very well regarded primary and secondary schools close by.

The River Thames flows through the heart of Maidenhead offering an ancient communication link with the surrounding area. More modern links include the railway, at Maidenhead station, which takes you to Paddington in London in around 45 minutes. When the Crossrail opens, the high frequency and capacity service will link Maidenhead to London and South East. The A4 and M4 to London, Slough and Reading are also within easy reach.

Simon Pendlebury, the sales and marketing director at Linden Homes, says they are expecting a really good turnout at the development’s launch:

“The location alone has so much to offer here: it’s a pretty peaceful setting but it’s not isolated. Living at Boyn Hill Gardens you’ll be quietly close to efficient city links and an excellent variety of shops and amenities. Couple that with the excellent finish that comes with each Linden Home and you have the irresistible combination of a great product in a great location. I think it’s going to be a very popular development.”
